  • Training: Provided at main office for 4 Days initially (Auckland or Christchurch) and then in the field. At franchisee's location: 4 weeks. Business development program is included.
  • Business Development Support: Business Development Manager assigned to Franchisee to grow their business to target.
  • Accounting and IT Management: All Primary Accounting functions provided via an integrated front and back end platform including CRM (Customer Management), Inventory Management, Invoicing, Debtor Management and Debt Collection supported.
  • Ongoing Support: Newsletters, Meetings, Conference, Toll-free phone line, Internet and Extranet, Security/safety procedures, Field operations/evaluations, Purchasing and Supply in place.
  • Marketing Support: Co-op advertising, Media, Regional and Local Area Marketing.
