Terms and Conditions
By listing your franchise with NZ BizWorks Ltd, trading as nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell, you have agreed to accept the following terms and conditions:
The sale process – nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell have no involvement in the sales process, nor do we make any guarantees as to the accuracy of information supplied by sellers. There are no additional fees or commissions charged through the sale of a franchise business, other than those listed in following “Terms of Payment” for the advertising of a business or franchise listing.
Accuracy of the information – While every care has been taken to list the details given by the Vendor or their Agent, it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify all claims and information, and the purchaser is advised to seek professional advice prior to any investment being entered into. NZ BizWorks Ltd have not verified the accuracy of the information posted on the nzfranchises and or nzbizbuysell databases and makes no warranty, express or implied, nor does it guarantee such information. NZ BizWorks Ltd will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or losses arising from this or any listing. In entering any agreement to purchase any business the purchaser relies entirely on his or her own judgment and not on any information provided by nzfranchises and or nzbizbuysell.
Website availability – While every care is taken to maintain the reliability of the websites, NZ BizWorks Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential damages, or losses whatsoever arising out of your use or inability to use these websites, its information or the products and services of nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell.
Right to withdraw – NZ BizWorks Ltd reserves the right to refuse to continue listing any business on its sites that contains or has offensive or insensitive material, association to any illegal activities, or for any other reason.
Right to reject and/or edit – NZ BizWorks Ltd reserves the right to reject or edit at the discretion of nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell any listing that contains offensive or inappropriate material, or for any other reason.
Terms of payment – Sellers listing their franchise business for sale on NZ BizWorks Ltd agree to pay either; $98+GST for a Regular Ad, or $176+GST for a Featured Ad - for their franchise business being listed and advertised for a period of 2 months commencing on receipt of payment. All other service payments are due within 14 days from date of invoice. Fees charged for services are non-refundable. Bulk rates are available for multi-listings, please ask.
Cancelling listings - Sellers may cancel their listing with nzfranchises and or nzbizbuysell at any time by sending advice of such, providing their name, ad ID number and contact details either via email to admin@nzbizbuysell.co.nz or by fax to (03) 338 9026 as authorised by the seller. Cancellations will usually take place within 24 hours. On the confirmed sale of a listed franchise, sellers must advise NZ BizWorks Ltd of such within 48 hours.
Confidentiality - Information provided to nzfranchises and or nzbizbuysell will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party without the prior consent of the Seller. We may however, at our discretion use such data in an aggregate form.
Copyright -The nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell names, logos, websites, copy, software and database information are proprietary and cannot be used without written permission from NZ BizWorks Ltd.
Violation of these terms will result in action by NZ BizWorks Ltd which may result in, but not be limited to, removal from the nzfranchises and nzbizbuysell databases.
NZ BizWorks Ltd reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Agreement at any time, by one week's notice to the seller. It is the seller's responsibility to be familiar with any changes.
