Business and Franchise Broking Franchise for Sale North Shore

If you have put deals together in any sales related industry such as insurance, mortgage broking, banking, FMCG to name a few, then those skills are directly transferable to the business broking industry.

We are looking for a dealmaker for our business broking franchise on the North Shore.

With over 580 brokers in 12 countries, Transworld Business Advisors is the biggest business broking company of its type in the world. As part of the United Franchise Group, which includes the brands best-known here in NZ as Speedy Signs and EmbroidMe, they understand franchising from the inside.

Don’t be afraid to be one of the first franchises open in New Zealand because not only does the early bird get the worm but you also have complete access to the licensor’s time and experience.

Business Resources

No experience is required, but an interest and an understanding of business is helpful. The business broking industry is regulated under the REAA 2008 Act and as such all support and supervision is mandated in the Act for your comfort.

As part of the ingoing you head to sunny West Palm Beach Florida for 2 weeks training with other new brokers from TBA's other offices around the world. Trainings are held each month.

Franchising is synonymous with New Zealand, there are 631 business format franchises, operating ~37000 units, having a combined turnover of $27.6 billion dollars. (Franchising NZ survey 2017)

At time of writing the Auckland CBD office has a number of small businesses listed that you as a new franchisee can get involved with straight away, on the job training, and share the commission.

Be part of a growing industry, there are over 500,000 businesses in NZ, and with the advancing age of the baby-boomer owners, it indicates more and more businesses will need to be transitioned to new owners in the coming years.
