Covid grew my clientele so be secured of a busy morning drive-through with a loyal customer base. Followed by a daily corporate run of around 110 coffee (mo-fri).

The Coffee Guy franchise is very approachable and an easy to deal with company, a full 3 week training programme will be completed with the new owner. They expect a set monthly franchise and marketing fee and this is not dependent on your sales. In return you will get ongoing training, operational support and heaps of marketing.

Along the sale of the business is a well established list of events, most of which I have been doing for almost 10 years. The extra cash you can make during those events is amazing.

No coffee experience? No worries, the training is thorough, you will return as a perfect barista. On top of that I will give you an on the job training for two weeks to familiarise yourself with the route, the van and of course the loyal customers.

There are many ways you can expand the existing business or take it as it is and enjoy the afternoon off. You might wish to expand by starting an afternoon coffee run/drive through and grow the business even more. Or take on more events as they come up and enjoy the extra cash flow. Divide the workload between 2 part timers, all can be done.

The van is an LDV-G10 2017 which I have owned from new, designed especially for the Coffee Guy. Serviced and in perfect condition. Generator on board, storage, Ochestrale Coffee Machine and heaps more.

I have been "leasing to own" the coffee van, so ongoing lease costs will be transferred or we can discuss a deal to have the lease dealt with in one payment. Sales price includes territory, training and the coffee van along with chattels. The turnover has been increasing steadily each year (2019 $120,000). Sales price Excl. GST if any.
