We design and market affordable granny flats and secondary dwellings from our Manawatu hub. We have LBP partners around NZ to build them. We also have an exclusive supply contract with an investor group to build long term residential rentals. We need Assessors to go onto new sites and gather information that we can't easily collect online. Once you provide us with a report, we have a process that takes things from there. You receive $1,500 from each property deposit, and another $1,500 on the build completion. We have a system in place that gets things moving from week 1 onwards, and work with you to nail doan a plan for success.
